Named president in 2024, Ashley Freer nurtures client relationships, strategy, growth and operations at Balcom Agency. With 25+ years of marketing experience, she has been consistently recognized for her career as well as her community impact: she was one of the Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 in 2013 and has been named among Fort Worth's most influential people by Fort Worth Inc. magazine every year since 2020. A member of YPO and PRSA, Ashley serves on the board of directors for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fort Worth Promotion & Development Fund (FWPDF). She is also a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth's 2015 class and served as the 90th president of the Junior League of Fort Worth from 2019-2020.
