Construction Advisory Specialists was created in to assist Owners, Architects,Construction Companies and Attorneys in all aspects of construction. Services provided are Project Management, Owner Representation, Dispute Resolution, Business and Strategic Planning, Lender and Litigation Support.
The Managing Director, Doug Thompson joined a major national construction company in 2007 as Vice President and Division Manager of the company’s Texas operations. The company had previously entered the Texas marketplace in 2002 and hired him to further develop their footprint across the entire State with offices in Dallas and San Antonio. He was tasked with overseeing the dispute resolution management of their existing projects in Texas as well.
Prior to this endeavor, Doug was with a large North Texas based Design and Construction firm from 1984 to 2007. There, he managed and participated in the successful completion of a diverse group of projects totaling over 18 million square feet.
