About Us

Founded in 1848, the family-owned Edwards Ranch predates the very city that has grown up around it. Once spanning 7,000 acres in Fort Worth, land used for the Edward's family cattle operation is now occupied by many historic landmarks.

As passionate stewards, Cassco, the development arm of the Edwards family, has successfully overseen the creation of some of Fort Worth’s finest neighborhoods and commercial developments since 1956.

Edwards Ranch's remaining 850 acres are undergoing large-scale development with a focus on two areas.

Clearfork's 270 acres in southwest Fort Worth on the north side of the Trinity River will include upscale apartments, commercial properties, office buildings and retail/restaurant projects. The Clearfork development will still have an old Fort Worth feel to it, even though filled with modern architectural amenities.

The Riverhills neighborhood spans 320 acres and will feature high-end, single-family homes built in five phases south of the Trinity River, bordered by Bryant Irvin Road and Overton Woods. That community's home prices range from $600,000 to millions of dollars, with 350 total homes in place once all five phases have been completed.
