2020 was by far one of the most remarkable years in modern history and one that will remain in infamy for decades to come. A global pandemic wreaked havoc across the world, putting society as we know it to the test and crippling international commerce. As countries fought to mitigate the impact on their citizens and their national economies, no other industry was more affected than the supply chain industry.

Fast forward to today and we are still feeling the effects of a weakened global supply chain. Organizations both big and small are still piecing together their networks to try to stabilize their businesses. Amongst mass shortages in supplies, increased lead times, and depleted labor markets; adaptable strategy & agility have become the key to survival in this new post-pandemic era.

I stepped out in faith which inspired 27 stellar executives to follow suit, creating the Spartan Carrier Group Conglomerate.
