2013 Best Workplaces for Women Awards Luncheon - May 15, 2014

The Chamber’s Women Influencing Business Committee invites you to celebrate the female Top Guns at Fort Worth companies by joining us for a luncheon with Lorraine Martin, executive vice president and general manager of the F-35 Lightning II Program at Lockheed Martin. The lunch is for all members, gentlemen included!
 
She will keynote our May 15 event to honor the finalists and winners of the Best Workplaces for Women Awards, where we’ll recognize best practices by local organizations in recruiting and retaining women employees. The finalists are:

Haynes and Boone, LLP, international full-service law firm;
Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., technical services to industrial, commercial, and government clients.
 
Martin leads an F-35 workforce of 6,000. During her 25-year career with Lockheed, she has excelled in numerous top leadership roles, setting an example for Lockheed’s U.S.-based Women Accelerating Tomorrow initiative, which focuses on attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent in a highly technical industry.
