Women's Leadership Event - 2023

Join us for an inspirational and empowering journey at the 2023 Women's Leadership Skyview Success presented by GM Financial at American Airlines on Thursday, November 2,2023 from 5 PM-7 PM. 

The theme of this year's Women's leadership event is Skyview Success, signifying women shattering glass ceilings and soaring to new heights. 

This event will feature topics such as navigating the glass ceiling and effective leadership styles presented by keynote speaker Cole Brown. 

Cole Brown is American's Chief People Officer. In this role, she leads all aspects of the airline's People organization, including the teams supporting Global Talent and Recruitment; Benefits; Global Compensation; People Operations; Global Learning; and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
