This year’s program will unveil findings from the Fort Worth Chamber’s three-phase workforce survey, followed by an interactive discussion and expert-led panels exploring:

• Power Skills Gaps – What they are and strategies to close them
• Workplace Impact – How these gaps shape productivity and culture
• Recruitment Challenges – External barriers and innovative solutions

 
The program will conclude with a forward-looking action plan for 2026, outlining collaborative steps to strengthen Fort Worth’s workforce ecosystem.
 
This event is hosted in partnership with Fort Worth HR, Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, and the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber.
