Three Tarrant County businesses have advanced to the final presentation in the fifth annual Fort Worth Business Plan Competition, a program of the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center. The finalists, who will present to judges Oct. 22 at Texas Christian University, are:
Alchemy Pops - Carolyn Phillips: Frozen mini popsicles in a variety of unique flavors made from Texas-only growers.
Kingdem Consulting & Tax Preparation Services – Kenya Bryant: Bookkeeping and tax preparation. Not just a service, but an education.
ZooMeez - Kenn Scott: Children’s exercise songs and videos to fight obesity and geared to pre-K and first-grade students.
The three will split more than $50,000 in cash and prizes depending on the order of finish.
