Mark your calendar for April 7 and be present for the making of Fort Worth history. Seventeen bronze historic markers collectively called Heritage Trails will be dedicated and installed around downtown Fort Worth.
These markers will provide historic information for visitors and tourists alike as they walk and tour our wonderful city -- for example, the tale of the Sleeping Panther, the Wells Fargo stagecoach, the Sundance Kid and JFK's last morning in Fort Worth at a Chamber breakfast.
Heritage Trails is a project of the Fort Worth Chamber Foundation, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and the Fort Worth Convention and Visitors Bureau that has been 15 years in the making and is finally coming to fruition!
