Community Hero Nominations

Santa Fe Youth Services is hosing our Tenth Annual Mike Moncrief “Believing in Youth” Awards Dinneron Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Ridglea Country Club. Although the event is in May, we need help NOW! We are looking for nominations from the community for the Believing in Youth “Community Hero” awards. The “Community Hero” awards are presented annually for the purpose of recognizing individuals for their extraordinary commitment to the youth of Tarrant County. Although recipients of these awards may be recognized for accomplishments that are varied and diverse, they share a common quality of dedicated service that significantly enhances the quality of life and future prospects for the many young people they encounter. Simply visit the Santa Fe Youth Services website where you can conveniently click on the Community Hero Nomination Form located on the BELIEVING IN YOUTH AWARDSDINNER tab on the home page to submit a nomination! Help us spread the word and recognize deserving individuals for this prestigious honor! The deadline for Community Hero nominations has beenextended to January 31, 2013.
