Economic Development Council meetings provide an opportunity for the Fort Worth Chamber's economic development staff and other featured guests to brief members on activities of the previous quarter, including local business retention and expansion, international business development, business recruitment and research updates.
Dr. Scott Ransom, President and CEO, University of North Texas Health Science Center, will be the guest speaker on October 8th. Dr. Ransom leads a growing academic health science center that includes four schools - the Texas Collge of Osteopathic Medicine, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the School of Public Health, and the School of Health Professions.
