Tim McRay began managing people at age 17 and has over 20 years experience in functional and operational leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies. Currently Tim is responsible for Leadership & Culture at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and is an active consultant to many organizations and individual leaders. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, an MBA with concentration in Marketing and is currently working toward his Doctorate degree in Leadership Studies. He is a frequent speaker at businesses and universities and is active in the community serving on the boards of local civic organizations.
