The special early bird double occupancy price for Fort Worth Chamber-members is $2,845 and for non-members is $2,945, reserved with a $600 per person non-refundable deposit and reservation form received by 5 p.m., Friday, November 14, 2014.
Add $375 for single occupancy
Three-night Edinburgh extension $895 based upon double occupancy per person; add an additional $195 for single occupancy.
After November 14, 2014 $2,945 for Fort Worth Chamber members; $3,045 for non members based upon per person double occupancy with a $600 non-refundable deposit
Insurance premium (if desired) must be paid at time of reservation and deposit
Final payment due on or before 5 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2015
