Ross Carmichael is a former U.S. Department of Labor investigator who helps more than 4,000 employers with benefit plans at Higginbotham interpret and comply with health care and employment legislation. He received the Secretary of Labor's Exceptional Achievement Award for his work on the Health Disclosure and Claims Issues Project, and he appeared on the Fort Worth Business Press lists of 40 Under 40 and Top Attorneys. Ross is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
