SOLD OUT
What’s going on with two of the most recognizable towers in downtown Fort Worth? Hint: They carried messages like Noel, Noel and Radio Shack for years.
That’s right, they were known as the Tandy Towers, and as a Chamber member, you’ll get a first peek at renovations of the twin-tower landmark – now called City Place -- located on the north end of Fort Worth’s dynamic Central Business District.
Jon Ruff, president of Spire Realty Group, will be our featured speaker on August 28 at the Central Area Council luncheon. You won’t need a hard hat, but the luncheon will be taking place on a floor that’s not quite finished out and a tour available afterwards.
Mr. Ruff has been overseeing the redevelopment of the 1.2-million-square-foot property, which spans four blocks and consists of three separate buildings: One City Place, Two City Place, and City Place Center. He was recognized nationally in 2011 in Real Estate Forum’s 40 Under 40 and as one of Dallas’ 40 under Forty in 2013.
