Join us for the South Area Council’s next membership luncheon to hear what’s in store for JPS Health Network from President and CEO Robert Earley.
Since its beginning in 1906 as a free “city/county” hospital, its facilities have grown to a hospital licensed for 567 beds that is attached to a Patient Care Pavilion – a five-story acute care facility, along with an outpatient care center and a dedicated facility for psychiatric services.
As a tax-supported organization, JPS has seen its share of controversy over the years. But JPS Health Network has also won numerous industry awards and in February was designated as a Level I Trauma Center. The designation, awarded by the Texas Department of State Health Services, comes after verification by the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
