MONEY WORKS is a five-part series for business owners and top management of small to mid-size companies who come together periodically to discuss ideas and solutions for situations within a business that only management faces. Subjects could cover benefits, sales, advertising and marketing, strategic planning, but will be directed by the group's desires. Led by a moderator, Bruce Raben, attendees will tackle a different topic at each of the sessions using their experiences to educate others. Your questions could have been someone else's problem. Their answer could be your solution. Mistakes that virtually everyone makes when they're a new business owner can be used as a teaching tool for other businesses. The group stays intact throughout the series.
