Project 4031 is a 501c3 nonprofit that faithfully partners with hospice and palliative care organizations to offer no-cost services to patients and families. Our family at Project 4031 does this by helping families meet basic needs, fulfilling dreams for terminally ill patients and their families, and providing medical equipment to international outreach projects.
We have officially moved into our new office space and want to celebrate with our commnunity. Please join us for a come and go happy hour from 5pm-7pm with live music.
