HOW TO RECOVER LOST TIME AND REVENUE IN YOUR BUSINESS
Join the FWC for Small Business Hot Topics on Thursday, February 5th from 12 PM - 1 PM. This bi-monthly lunch and learn series is designed to educate small business owners and provide resources to assist in today's business challenges.
This session will feature Jillian Bailey, scaling strategist and founder of Inspired Growth, who will lead a practical discussion on how business owners can better evaluate and align their time to support growth. While many leaders stay busy managing day-to-day operations, far fewer take a step back to assess whether their time is being spent in ways that truly move their business forward.
Jillian will introduce a simple framework to help identify where time may be getting lost and how to shift focus toward higher-impact work. Participants will leave with greater clarity on how their time is currently being used, and how to make more intentional decisions that support sustainable growth.
