• Installation of the 2014 SCR officers and governors
• 2013 recap / 2014 forecast by Bill Thornton, CEO, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce
• Announcement of the recipient of the 2013 Charles D. Tandy Commercial REALTOR® Award, presented by Bill Thornton, CEO, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce
• SCR scholarship award presentations

The event will be held in The Hut room of Joe T. Garcia's, located at 2201 N. Commerce St., Fort Worth, TX 76164.
Cost: $25 per person by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 17, and $30 thereafter. Tables that seat 10 attendees may be purchased for $300 and will be located at the front of the room, close to the speaker's podium.
