Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief is set to deliver his third annual State of the City address to the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and there will be much to talk about continued  downtown and neighborhood revitalization, an upswing in downtown residential building, the successful conclusion of the Base Realignment and Closure process may be among the potential topics.
