ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Krystal Yates
President of Integrity People Group & EBR HR Experts

Krystal Yates is a certified HR expert with a background in Human Resources and Operations. Before starting EBR, Krystal worked for several small businesses in DFW while overseeing HR, Operations, and Management responsibilities. Additionally, she has been working with job seekers in all facets of job hunting since 2010.

Krystal has been educating her community for years, speaking on HR and Job Search Topics. She has spoken at HR Conferences, including HR Southwest and TMHRA, and for community groups, including Metrocrest, SCORE, Prosperity Bank, and Point Bank.

In September 2018, Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career. Krystal holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She serves on the Feral Friends Community Cat Alliance board, is a Trustee for The Longhorn Group of Charities Unit Accounting Trust, and volunteers with DallasHR and the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce.
