Entrees: Grilled Salmon drizzled with honey Dijon sauce served with fresh vegetables, white or brown rice or mashed potatoes; Chicken Cordon Bleu- Golden chicken breast layered with grilled ham, Swiss cheese and Dijon cream sauce.
