At EECU, accurate payroll and thoughtful HR support are essential to taking care of the people who take care of our members. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Payroll & HR Specialist to support biweekly payroll for 450+ employees and help keep key HR, benefits, reporting, and employee processes running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, protecting confidential information, and delivering responsive service, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our organization.
Schedule and Worksite Location: This position requires regular, daily attendance 8am – 5pm, at our Fort Worth, TX office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
