YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth Community Engagement Specialist - North

The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth seeks a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Specialist to play a key role in advancing our mission and fostering positive relationships within the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in annual campaign fundraising, local community event planning, and volunteer/community engagement. It is a requirement that the candidate lives in the community that the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth serves.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Ability to educate and connect throughout the community in relation to the YMCA's mission, impact, services and philanthropy efforts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with financial targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain relationships.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to influence constituents
• Be creative and entrepreneurial to constantly find new ways to raise funds.
• Educate and motivate local staff, volunteers, and community partners.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth offers a competitive salary and benefits package for selected candidates. The yearly salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 and will be commensurate with the selected candidates experience.

It is a requirement that the candidate lives in the community that the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth serves.
