Office Space-Commercial
Burnett Plaza creates a powerful image at the southwest edge of Fort Worth's Central Business District. Overlooking historic Burnett Park, its forty-story classic, monolithic architecture encompasses two city blocks. Built in 1983, it's one of the city's most prestigious commercial properties.
Natural concrete frames the building's recessed, bronzed-glass windows. The west side emphasizes a majestic vertical core outlining multiple elevator banks. Flame-cut granite defines the building's exterior walkways and 15 feet bronze doors define its entrances. An atrium canopy naturally lights the Cherry Street entrance. Granite stairs and escalators connect the lobby to the Concourse level. Burnett Park is beautifully showcased through 18 feet of clear glass along the east side of the main lobby. Cherry Street bisects the building and its garage to the west; Seventh and Tenth streets flank its north and south boundaries.
