Goldenrod Companies is a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and management firm founded by Zach Wiegert, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Since 2005, Goldenrod has developed and acquired more than $6 billion in private real estate and an additional $3 billion in public-private partnerships, shaping communities across the United States. What began as a personal investment venture for Wiegert, following a 12-year career in the NFL, has evolved into a vertically integrated enterprise with portfolio companies spanning private real estate funds, development, general contracting, concrete, property management, and insurance.
