Royer Commercial Interiors, a Best-in-Class Haworth Contract Furniture dealership, is pleased to announce the promotion of Honor Byrd Rowe as the new President, effective January 12, 2026. In this role, Honor will oversee the company's Fort Worth and Dallas locations while continuing to drive strategic growth in the corporate, healthcare, government, and higher education office furniture markets. Kelley Royer will continue to be involved in the company leadership and is transitioning to the position of CEO of Royer Commercial Interiors, where she is the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board.
With 30 years of extensive experience in office furniture, interior design, and project management, Honor previously served as the Vice President of Services at Royer Commercial Interiors.

Honor Byrd Rowe holds a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. She is actively involved as a board member of the Texas Oklahoma Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), where she serves as Vice President of Industry. Additionally, she is a member of the Texas Association for Interior Design (TAID).
Royer Commercial Interiors is also pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Zorn as the new Vice President of Services, effective January 12, 2026. Rachel will oversee the company’s Design and Project Management teams in the Fort Worth and Dallas locations.
Rachel brings 15 years of experience in medical equipment, office furniture, and interior design to Royer Commercial Interiors. She previously served as the Director of Design, where she played a key role in expanding and enhancing the Design Department.

Rachel Zorn holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and is a John V. Roach Honors College Laureate. She has passed the NCIDQ exam and is a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas (RID). Rachel is also an active member of the Texas/Oklahoma Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and a member of the Texas Association for Interior Design (TAID).
Lastly, Royer Commercial Interiors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Kraft as the new Director of Sales, effective January 12, 2026. He will oversee the company's Business Development efforts and manage the Account leaders in the Fort Worth and Dallas locations.
Ben brings over a decade of experience in commercial interiors, sales leadership, and strategic account management to Royer. Most recently, he was the Principal and Owner of Specrite Interiors, where he led sales initiatives for multiple manufacturer partners while overseeing day-to-day operations. Previously, Ben held key roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Loftwall and Director of Account Management at Clarus Glassboards, where he successfully grew sales in highly competitive markets and supported national sales.
