FORT WORTH, TEXAS (May 12, 2026) – Goodwill North Central Texas announced today that the nonprofit has acquired the 89,736 sq. foot property located at 318 E. Long Ave. in Fort Worth, with plans to transform the site into a multi-use facility supporting retail operations, workforce development and career training services. The nonprofit closed on the property on April 17, 2026, and will take possession at the end of June to begin renovations. Following renovations, the location will include Goodwill
