Carlo Capua, Senior Principal at the Rainwater Charitable Foundation and former Chief of Strategy and Innovation for the City of Fort Worth, brings a rare blend of public-sector leadership and big-idea thinking. During his time with the City, Carlo helped advance headline-making initiatives, from Bitcoin exploration to World Cup planning, while pushing Fort Worth to think differently about technology, infrastructure, and opportunity. He'll share perspective on how emerging technologies are moving from pilot projects to real-world application and what that means for business leaders.

Joining him is Kelly Baggett, Innovation Coordinator for the City of Fort Worth's Economic Development Department. Kelly works directly with innovation-led companies, helping shape policy, connect financing tools like tax incentives, and build momentum across Fort Worth's growing innovation districts. With a background in research and a passion for making complex technology accessible, Kelly will offer insight into how the City is positioning Fort Worth for long-term innovation-driven growth and where she sees the next wave heading.
