David Cooke, Fort Worth's city manager since 2014, will give a brief update on this year's budget, some of the big projects going on in all five of our area councils and touch on the upcoming economic development strategic planning process.
Each year, we present the Chamber's High Impact Legacy Award to a deserving individual or company that has had a lasting impact on the region. The 2016 High Impact Legacy Award winner will be given posthumously to Erma Johnson Hadley, the late chancellor of Tarrant County College. Her daughter, Ardenia Gould, will accept the award on her behalf.
Past recipients were former Fort Worth Mayor Bob Bolen, former Congressman Jim Wright, DFW International Airport, and energy giant Bob Simpson
