Join business, education, and community leaders for the Fort Worth Chamber's annual State of Economic Impact, presented by UTA West, where we will explore how education is shaping the future of Fort Worth's workforce and economy. 

The program will feature The Business of Education, a fireside conversation with Fort Worth Chamber President & CEO Steve Montgomery, Fort Worth ISD Superintendent Dr. Peter Licata, and moderator Bobby Adieh, Dean of Texas A&M University School of Law and member of the Fort Worth ISD Board of Managers. Together, they will discuss the vital connection between public education, workforce readiness, and economic competitiveness, as well as the role business leaders can play in supporting student success and strengthening Fort Worth's future. 

The event will also include From Classroom to Career: Meeting Tarrant County Workforce Needs, a panel highlighting innovative education programs developed in direct response to industry demand. Learn how local school districts and higher education institutions are creating pathways to high-demand careers through programs such as industrial refrigeration, crane operation and rigging, hospitality management, and air traffic control, equipping students with the skills employers need and helping businesses build the workforce of tomorrow.
