About:

M2G Ventures LLC (“M2G”) was formed in November of 2014. The company specializes in development, investment and storytelling, focusing on value-added retail and creative repositioning of mixed-use projects. To date, M2G has closed on over $40M in value-add experiential retail and creative mixed-use projects. The company also focuses on Landlord and Retailer Consulting.

Susan Gruppi started M2G Ventures in 2014. Susan is responsible for Finance, Development, Strategy and Value Creation at M2G. Prior to starting M2G, Susan was with Trademark Property Company for 7 years. Susan previously served many roles at Trademark including Analyst, Manager, Director of Finance and Vice President. Throughout her tenure at Trademark, Susan was instrumental in redevelopment and development, financial and investor reporting, sourcing of debt and equity, financial and strategic management of existing portfolio assets as well as underwriting new development and acquisition opportunities. Susan is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW Fort Worth, The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She received her BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and a Minor in Spanish from Texas Christian University. Susan was recently named one of the 2015 winners of “Fort Worth’s Most Beautiful” by Fort Worth Magazine.

Jessica Worman was strategically involved in the founding of M2G and came on board full time in March of 2015. Jessica is responsible for overseeing Landlord & Retailer Consulting, Marketing, Strategy and Value Creation at M2G. Prior to joining M2G, Jessica was with Open Realty Advisors since 2011. During her tenure there, Jessica was in charge of leading the companies Landlord Consulting platform. She also led the strategy and execution of the real estate roll out for Tesla and Spanx across North America. Jessica also played a key role in the site selection and execution of other major brands, such as J Crew, Apple, Restoration Hardware, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Abercrombie & Fitch, to name a few. She has negotiated transactions with every major Landlord in the United States and in every major metro area giving her a broad but focused approach to real estate investment. Prior to joining ORA, Mrs. Worman was Senior Leasing Representative at Trademark Property Company, where she specialized in the leasing strategy, execution, and project management of super-regional malls and upscale mixed-use centers. Mrs. Worman is credited with bringing some of the nation’s most premier specialty retailers to Trademark’s projects during her four years there. Prior to this, Jessica served as an Acquisition Analyst for Trademark Property Company. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate with a Concentration in Leadership.
