KEY ACTIVITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide outstanding service to Chamber members by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience.
Support the Membership Department with day-to-day operations including monitoring data accuracy, cleaning up duplicate entries, and managing data imports/exports.
Create reports and dashboards that analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership acquisition and retention, and member communications and engagement.
Work closely with the membership team to execute and launch initiatives that benefit members, from event planning to membership outreach.
Assist with organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and networking opportunities that engage members and promote their growth.
Communicate effectively with members and internal teams, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive tone in all written and verbal correspondence.
Ensure a seamless experience for members at events and meetings, from registration to follow-up.
Be a collaborative team player, helping wherever needed to achieve the goals of the Chamber.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and leave things better than you found them.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Membership or CRM database experience required. ChamberMaster experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
