Curbex USA operates innovative curbside advertising displays that help businesses, municipalities, and property owners communicate effectively with local communities. From mobile sign rentals and mini billboards to custom storefront signage and displays, our team manages the full signage workflow, including: design, printing, permitting, delivery, installation, and ongoing service. Our clients range from single location small businesses to national franchise brands and commercial property groups.
We are a small (but quickly growing), fast-moving team, and every person here has a real impact in shaping how the business grows.
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Client Services Director to own the client experience from initial onboarding until the sale is closed and the sign is in the ground. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Curbex's presence throughout DFW and the surrounding markets. You’ll work closely with a number of different internal teams, and have dedicated support from both a permit coordinator and graphic designer in this role.
This is a multi-dimensional role: one day you are on the phone qualifying a new lead, the next you are working through artwork proofs and placement with a client, while simultaneously lining up permits and installation dates with our internal teams. You will be the client's single point of contact and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a fast paced role. You will be speaking with many clients every single day, often switching between accounts, cities, and campaign timelines within the same hour. Strong organization is not a nice to have here, it is the job. The people who thrive in this role keep clean notes, never let a follow up slip, and stay calm when being pulled in several directions at once.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who treats the work as their own, thrives on variety and wants to help build the foundational infrastructure and processes of a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts, serving as their main point of contact for campaigns, renewals, and service questions
- Handle a high daily volume of client calls and emails, moving quickly without losing accuracy
- Drive renewals and automatic renewals, and identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional locations, products, or campaign duration
- Build programs across multiple locations and markets for franchise and commercial property clients, coordinating with our permit and production teams to keep everything on schedule
- Research client industries, competitors, and local markets online to bring informed recommendations to every conversation
- Partner with Permit Administration to set realistic timelines and manage client expectations when municipal approvals affect install dates
- Keep account records, pipeline, and campaign details accurate and current in our internal system
- Handle service escalations with urgency and follow through until they are genuinely resolved
- Build out a team of Account Managers, including hiring, onboarding, training, and management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success, franchise development, or a similar client facing role
- Exceptional attention to detail + strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to stay organized under pressure while managing many active accounts at once
- Genuine comfort on the phone. You pick it up without hesitating, and you are confident leading a call rather than just answering questions
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can be warm on the phone and clear in an email
- Excellent internet research skills. You can find a contact, a bylaw, a competitor, or an answer quickly without being handed a link
- Ability to travel if needed throughout DFW and surrounding markets.
