Candidates must successfully complete a background check, including employment verification, criminal history, drug screening, and credit review. EECU evaluates credit history in compliance with applicable laws, and applicants with good credit history will be considered for employment.
This position is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to:
Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief Act. Ongoing annual compliance training is required.
