FORT WORTH, TEXAS (September 9, 2026) – Goodwill North Central Texas has promoted Felicia Kelley to Director of Human Resources. Kelley joined Goodwill North Central Texas in 2021 as a Retail Operations Manager at the organization’s Bedford location before transitioning to the Human Resources department in 2022.
Kelley brings more than seven years of progressive leadership experience in human resources and operations, with expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, talent development, recruiting, compliance and training. During her time with Goodwill North Central Texas, she has advanced through several roles, including Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Representative and most recently Human Resources Manager for Donated Goods & Retail.
In her new role, Kelley will lead administration, employee relations and recruitment efforts while helping strengthen the organization’s workforce strategy and culture. She will also expand her HR support beyond a single department, partnering with leaders and teams across the organization.

Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2019 and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute, which she earned in 2024. She was also recognized as a Goodwill North Central Texas’ MVP in 2025.
