WESTWOOD: A FITNESS EXPERIENCE, is Fort Worth's newest and nicest fitness facility in town! It's 25,000sf movie theater renovation literally has it all from a fitness and wellness perspective. 24 hour open gym access, group fitness classes, sauna and cold plunge facility, childcare, cowering space, barber shop, physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon, nurse practitioner, and more. The idea was to build a one stop shop / fitness hub located in the center of Fort Worth so that it's members weren't having to travel all over DFW to do all the things that healthy fit individuals would typically do on aa regular basis.
We are having a big grand opening fitness party on Saturday August 1st! This event is FREE and EVERYBODY is invited! This will be a kid and family friendly event. We will have a bounce house the entire time for kids and various fitness activities going on from 6:00am-12:00. There will be food and drink vendors and much more!
