Please help us celebrate small businesses throughout Fort Worth. We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in the third annual Small Business Appreciation Walk. Please register is you're interested in being involved.
The Small Business Appreciation Walk will be held on Wednesday, May 6th. The purpose is to connect with 650 small businesses in Fort Worth and let them know how important they are to our business community. This event is in partnership with the City of Fort Worth Economic Development Department.
Your morning will begin at Casa Manana Theatre where you will gather with other volunteers to receive a brief training over light breakfast and coffee. We will have lists of businesses in the North, East, South, West, and Central Area Councils for your convenience. You will at that point receive a list of 7 businesses and be teamed up with another volunteer. You will also receive goodie bags to hand out while visiting your assigned business.
While we consider this event a "business walk", please know you will need to drive to your list of assigned companies but should find your target businesses to be as walkable as possible.

Thank you for those that have shown interest in donating items for the goodie bags. At this point we are no longer collecting donations.

Doors at Casa Manana Theatre will open at 8:30 AM for light breakfast and coffee.
Plan to be there by 9 AM.
Launch from Casa Manana Theatre at roughly 9:45 AM.
You can expect to walk your 7 businesses in less than an hour excluding the time it takes you to drive to your assigned businesses.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that the Fort Worth Chamber may capture photographs and video during the event.
