See billions of dollars and learn about the production and history of U.S. currency. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s Tour and Visitor Center includes two floors of interactive exhibits and displays, a free 45-minute, self-guided tour overlooking the currency production floor, and an educational movie. Souvenirs and uncut currency sheets can be purchased at the Moneyfactory Gift Shop. To schedule a tour, call the tour scheduler at (817) 231-4000 or toll free at (866) 865-1194 and press 2. Groups of 10 or more must schedule in advance.
