When Erin owned and managed a full service, retail bakery in Weatherford, she experienced the same frustrations as many other entrepreneurs until she discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). By working with her own leadership team to implement the simple, proven EOS tools, Erin found the business became easier and more fun to manage while achieving higher profit margins. Ultimately, the partners were able to turn the business around and sell to the new visionaries. She now passionately teaches and facilitates EOS to fellow entrepreneurs.
Erin is a proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2008, and she lives in Weatherford with her husband, Jordan, and two kids, Emersyn and Logan.
